PELATIHAN DESAIN KEMASAN PRODUK UMKM DI BEKASI TIMUR

Abstract


Abstract : Packaging (packaging) of a product can increase the selling value of a product and service, because it involves aesthetics, durability and security as well as selling points and product image. This selling value increases when the resulting product gets added value from attractive packaging. Meanwhile, product image is related to the product image in the minds of consumers, it will be better if the product is packaged properly, in other words, the product can give a good impression to consumers. This product packaging design training for MSME players in East Bekasi is to provide insight into new packaging designs and forms that make products more valuable and safe. The method applied in this activity is a presentation method regarding shape recognition and packaging design, a demonstration method regarding examples of good product packaging adapted to products produced by MSMEs, followed by a discussion to analyze some of the packaging for comparison products. The evaluation method is by observing the results of the training that is obtained, in which the participants look very enthusiastic and actively discuss the development of their product packaging so that it is more marketable.
